Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: England only. We can’t currently deliver to Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. Orders placed to unsupported addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 4-7 working days.

Shipping cost: £1.99 on all orders.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.

Delays: Delays can happen with carriers, especially during peak periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, email info@rediviaskin.com and we’ll investigate.

Wrong address: Check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect parcels once shipped. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit: Email us within 30 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace or refund.
